She received her PhD from the Department of Human Resources studies at Tilburg University, the Netherlands. She teaches and supervises Masters and Bachelor’s students in areas of human resources management and business leadership.

Currently I am a business consultant in my own business, Marelwork ICT and Business PLC and work for Techno brain, an IT company, as a project manager. I worked for more than 21 years in both the public and private sectors with various capacity in Audit: as an External and Internal Auditor, Finance and Administration: from Senior Accountant up to Corporate Finance Manager level, Management: as a CEO executive assistant and Deputy General Manager, Independent consultant: as a freelance Accounting, Peachtree, local PMS and POS internal control Consultant and in Project: as an IT project manager.
